fisrt of all.. i was created you guys account. then we discuss here.

DELIMA APARTMENT CURRENT ISSUES & PROPOSE SOLUTION
1) Marketing
There is no marketing yet for Delima apartment. Delima apartment is pursuing to appoint PMC as an agent for this apartment.
Solution:
Appoint PMC as an agent.
2) No lift
People having tough time to go to apartment since this are a walk-up apartment. It’s located at the 4th floor.
Solution:
Put a note and recommend only fits client to stay here. Anyway, it’s up to customer to judge their fitness.
Get quotation to built lift and make a plan. Find any regulatory requirement needed.
3) No or Unstable booking system.
The worker is not performing well and no people audit it. Few customers have problem during booking since phone calls not return and hardship to give keys when client calls.
Solution:
Audit worker. Must give worker clear and specific instruction.
4) No website
Current website sometime cannot be uploaded. And it’s even not updated.
Solution:
Upload a blog at this moment.
5) Parking.
There is no specific parking system for this apartment.
Solution:
Recommend client to park somewhere safe. Ground level could be a perfect parking spot.
6) Quality control.
No database created. No keys to dropped when customer check out late.
Solution:
To develop a quality control program.
7) Means for improvement.
Promotion.
Getting to customer. Get their business card and make few emails on our improvement. Give free one night as a lucky draw.
Procedure booking need to be developed.
Pricing structure for agent need to be developed.
PMC 2 nape ek????? pastu fami rase mmg kne bt marketing.. but we need to have own pages first.. i means website.. or blog.. then after that we make marketing la....

kdang2 org nk check in mlm... fami la kne bg knci... secondly.. org x taw kat mane delima apartment.. signboard xdop.. kne approve oleh jbatan bomba dlu.. byak pkra.. hoho.. sbb 2 kbyakkan org x taw.. so.. pekerja msalah utama bt mase skrang.. kte xmo bt grand2 la.. bt bese je dlu ork..
